Employee Readiness to Organizational Changes: Impact of Employees’ Commitment with the Organization and Career

Managing change effectively is a main challenge in the domain of change management. For organization managers must understand influencing factors which can force employees to motivate for change situation. This research focuses to examine the employees’ attitudes and behaviors by commitment with the organization and career. Before, employees’ commitment with the organization has been examined and found positive, however, first time career commitment factor would be examined for readiness to change. By using a questionnaire survey, data would be collected. This study may contribute in the literature of change management particularly for developing countries and may assist to management and practitioners in assessing, designing and evaluating new or existing change programs.
